Death Mask II

In the other half of the diptych, the artist focuses on the spiritual self of a deceased Filipino. Unclothed in all of its glory, the spirit has now transcended into the afterlife as symbolized by the small door; ready to go to wherever it is meant to be while wearing a mask.
