Death Mask I

In this artwork, the artist focuses on the mourning stage of a deceased Filipino. The vessel (body) is guided by the position of the hands and the glassy eyes covered with mask. The formed crown behind the head is made up of common flora that are commonly found at a traditional Filipino funerary viewing.
